These terms and conditions apply to Bella Poppy Flower Design website, by accessing and ordering from the website you agree to the terms outlined below. Please note certain cut flowers and plants can be poisonous or harmful to humans or animals. Please do not eat and wash hands before eating and drinking. Please avoid contact from children and animals.
Orders can be taken via the checkout process. For any customised orders or special requests please use the contact form or email direct to email@example.com
I will send a confirmation email of your order, listing all items ordered. This is acceptance of your order.
Photos & Content
Please note that sometimes slight colour or size variations can occur in flower batches. Every effort is made to replicate the designs shows but I reserve my professional judgement to use a similar stem or flower choice if one is not available.
Standard shop items processing times are 1-3 days. All customised or large multiples of designs are made to order, processing time can vary between 1-3 weeks, please message for further details or near date requirement.
I currently only ship within the UK. Unfortunately I am unable to post flowers to postcodes Isle of Man, Jersey and Guensey.
I ship with Royal Mail. Please allow 2-3 days for standard delivery from order date (not including customised orders).
Packaging & Gift Wrapping
Every item purchased is gift wrapped in Bella Poppy’s signature style. Great care and attention is made to ensure each item is packaged and well protected in transit. Please notify me if you wish to send an item as a gift including messages, a sales receipt can be emailed rather than with your item.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Inform of return via firstname.lastname@example.org. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, specifically recorded delivery as refund cannot be made for any items lost in post. Upon receipt I will provide a full refund less postage within 7 days.
I don’t accept refunds or exchanges if the item has been used or not in its original condition or customised.
In the unfortunate event that any damage or error occurs with your order please contact as soon as possible and return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including postage.
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to fulfil your order. For legal bookkeeping reasons.
Dried flower material is delicate in its nature and can shed the odd petal. Ideally keep in original packaging until usage. Keep away from water, direct sunlight and heat sources. With some loving care dried products can last and be enjoyed again and again.
